“Having regular access to multiple supervisors on my panel provided diverse perspectives on my research, and paved the way to innovation in my project. My advisor helped me to meet others in his industry, and helped me frame my approach to maximise success when engaging with them.”
"My two photography teachers shaped my work more than anyone ever has. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to learn from these skilled and well-established professionals. My marketing/media planning instructor had a plethora of real-world experience that made the course interesting, accurate, and understandable. Lastly, the Aboriginal Studies course that I took was amazing. My instructor was so knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to spend free time with some of the greatest people I have ever met, the other exchange students, who were from all around the world. I travelled like there was no tomorrow!"
"The Call the Midwifery Student program at UniSA is one of my favourite parts of the midwifery degree. It allows pregnant women to have access to their own student midwife throughout the duration of their pregnancy and postpartum experience. I have assisted more than 20 different mothers on their pregnancy and birth journey so far and think helping multiple women is important as each mother will face her own individual set of challenges. By seeing and learning through all these different experiences your skills and knowledge base grow exponentially which will go on to help other mothers in the future.”
"Adelaide is great. Coming from the U.S., it was an adjustment because it was the little things that were different. But it was very easy to settle in due to the helpful people and the beautiful environment."
